I showed a residential listing in the Northwest of Tallahassee in the Hillcrest Village subdivision.  The home is a Fabulous 3BR townhome with hardwood floors, open kitchen with corian countertops, and spacious family room with dining area. I just took a look at a few Residential Real Estate Listings in the Northeast of Tallahassee.  The mid-town Subdivisions I was in were Pilckem Ridge and Townships One. 

Both of these Subdivisions are located off of Centerville Road just East of Blairstone Road in the Northeast of Tallahassee, and feed into the following Tallahassee-Leon County Schools (Kate Sullivan Elem, Cobb Mid, and Leon High).Pilckem Ridge is a wonderful upscale neighborhood with home priced in the Million Dollar plus range.  The following link (Click Here to View Listings) is to the 3 Listings I previewed.  The 3 homes are built by two of Tallahassee's most elite Builders, Tom Ertl and Jeff West.  The second Subdivision practically around the corner just off the beautiful Canopy Road is Township One North or T-1 as we refer to it.  The subdivision is small and cozy with the cutest park right in the middle.  The Tallahassee Azalea's were in full bloom this morning.  Township One has a mix of condo's and Single Family Homes.  Two of Tallahassee's finer Builders Gibbes Miller Construction and the partnership of Webb Collins and Rami Deeb have brought affordable upscale New Construction to the mid-town lifestyle of Tallahassee.  The following link (Click Here to View Listings) will take you to the 16 New Construction Listings of Township One North.
