Hello everyone!  Last night I was talking to someone who has had a tremendous amount of experience in our market over the last decade.  I was telling him that things have definately started to pick up and was excited about the growing trend.  He reminded me that this is usually the cycle and that we should wait until after the summer to see what happens.  It will either continue to grow, as compared to last year, or drop off.  This will be the true test to whether we are in a rising market or not.  I look forward to finding out!  Thanks Gene!
